It has been proven that men who view porn have abusive tendencies. It is degrading to women and shows them in a submissive manner. Your husband may not be abusive toward you, but him enabling your son by watching it WITH him is not okay. Your son is being taught to look at women in a very unnatural way. Put a stop to it immediately if you care at all.





Also, I'm not even sure if it is legal...contributing to the delinquency of a minor, lewd acts before a minor, etc. Your husband has some kind of a strange control over you if he convinced you in one sentance that ';its normal';.





Hhhmm...I would say you are definately the sick one. Most mothers would shudder at the thought of their teenager being sexual, even though it is bound to happen. But to see your husband and your son being sexual TOGETHER? And then have to ask if its okay?? Yes, it is borderline incest.
in my oppinion that is not normal and a little creepy. I mean could you imagine watching porn with your dad?I don't care if you are a guy or a girl that is just plain uncomfortable to watch sex with your parent. How does this even occur, I mean did your husband say ';hey you want to watch this'; I guess it seems weird that it would even be suggested. Your husband leaving out something for your son to watch alone is more normal. I would talk to your hsband to find out more about the story and how it ended up that they were both in front of the t.v. watching it.

I suppose it depends on you world view....but overall I see absolutely no positive benefit for either your son or your husband looking at porn.





To answer your question, it is not normal for the vast majority within our society for a father to look at porn with his teenage son.





Honestly, you need to quietly call the police station and tell them the details...maybe they can help you detemine if it is illegal or not... that way you can help your whole family understand.
your teenage son is going to look at porn whether you like it or not..infact most sons are introduced to porn by a father or male family member its natural but not natural to do it around you, we usually wait for you to go to the mall or work..Which would you rather have..a Dad explaining that this women hes watching is a whore and is gettng paid to have sex or watching with his friends and fantisizing about turning a whore into a house wife, thus leading him down the road toward fast women?
I didn't feel i could answer this question as, like you, i am a woman. I think i would of acted in exactly the same way as you and been a little unsure.





You know your husband and your son better than any body and the only answers i would be paying attention to are the ones from males....ignore all the weird females that actually believe that their partners never look at porn or that it is weird.....it is a fact of life!!!
wtf? No, that's not normal at all! Time for a serious heart to heart with hubby regarding proper parenting technique. You might want to ask your local law enforcement society what they think about this sort of behavior. Somehow I think it's not only sick, twisted, and completely wrong, but I bet there's a law against it as well.
I dont think its that strange, maybe he's just using it to teach him the facts of life, which every father should do. Now if they were sitting there beating off together yes that is very disturbing. But if they continue to watch porn together for a long time afterwards I dont think its a good idea.

It's normal for a dad to give his son some magazines or leave them some where his son would find them but I think that's it.
