Hmm...you probably shouldn't judge a whole culture just because some of the people in it aren't exactly conservative. I suspect that you should stop having this mindset that every Puerto Rican girl is ';pervy';, because that's racist. You can judge people if they are ';pervy'; by their actions, not by their nationality. Go ahead, do what you want, but just know that subjecting a nationality due to a few people who have certain characteristics, that's not right. I'm not sure about the morals/shallowness of Puerto Rican girls.
