What would a teenage girl wear in the the Victorian era?

i need help for my Halloween costumeWhat would a teenage girl wear in the the Victorian era?
It depend on your age and the year.During the 1860's teens dresses were shorter than adults, and had boat necklines. They were worn with a short hoop and corset.

EDIT: I think you would like more of a interpretation than actual outfit which if perfectly fine for Halloween, because young teens weren't allowed to go to evening parties. You should need a Corset (optional)and Hoop, if in a pinch you could get a bridal hoop or use a long dress with a hula hoop or wire hangers, you should check Ebay. The evening dresses varied but younger girls wore light colors, they were off the shoulder with short sleeves. If you wear a hoop please wear leggings under it.Your hair should be parted in the middle,if it's long you could pull it in a bun.If you can sew or know someone who can There are many patterns available at Joann's,Hancocks and some Walmarts. If your dress is polyester please please please be careful around fire,it will melt to your skin. You could also go to a thrift shop they may have some dresses.

I hope you have a nice time.If you have anymore questions feel free to ask! What would a teenage girl wear in the the Victorian era?
