you could make some christmas cakes or cookies - this would be cheap
make a collage of photographs to remind you all of happy times you spent together
if your any good at arts and crafts etc you could have a go at making some jewllray
selection box im sure you could pick these up quite cheaply from a supermarket

15 girls?! Who are you octomom? :] Okay so really what I would suggest is makeup :] I am a teen, and that's almost all I asked for, and some hair stuff to, but makeup is really nice.
