Looking for a daily meal plan for a teenage athlete?

I know from the information I have, that he needs approx. 3500-5000 calorie intake per day. I am trying to find an actual meal plan for him. 15 year , very active. Hockey Player, Soccer Player and Track. So is active all year long. ThanksLooking for a daily meal plan for a teenage athlete?
