Yes, I read the arsonists were 2 teenagers. If they're considered minors in AU, I think they and their parents should be held accountable and responsible, and pay restitution to each of the families who suffered either loss of life or limb, property and home. Yesterday the count was 181 dead and climbing. I dread finding out what the number is tonight.





These teenagers and their parents need to do serious time and for an extended time. No insanity plea (like in the US), no minimum sentence, maximum and for life with no parole.What will be the best punished for those two teenage boy who light the fire that burn whole Victoria.?
Well man I think the intentions of these two kids should be considered before going fourth with such a sentence. I agree totally that these two kids should be punished. But wether or not they intended to let all these people die is something we have to consider in the equation. I mean if they didn't then that is an enough punishment for them. How can they escape such guilt. Anyways I am sure the law well decide what is right for these two kids, like it sometimes does.
Give them a chance and a punishment. Show them how to behave and if they disobey, you have to kill them or else they would do it again and kill a lot of people. It is not fair to kill them, but give them a chance would make them start a whole new life and maybe they would one day become a good person
I hope they get some sort of lengthy sentence. If this was America, they'd get a slap on the wrist, a firm ';NAUGHTY!'; from the judge, and heaps of praise from groups like ELF and other eco-terrorists.
i didnt hear that 2 boys had done it either,


but im sure the system will deal with them,


if left to the rest of the folk,they wouldnt stand a chance..
Put them in an American prison and explain to the prisoners that the two boys were molesting young children.








The events proceeding this will not be pretty.
Whatever the law decides....life imprisonment sounds ideal.
maybe in jail for life coz people were killedin the fire and if you kill someone its 25yrs jail.
Hand them over to the families who have lost their homes and loved ones......

Did it say that two boys did it? I hadn't heard that. Public execution, maybe..
I'd say, make them live with their mistake.


But keep them in jail for a loooooooong time.
