Heres my workout routine
Day 1: Upper Body
Bench Press: Max one time
90% of max two times
80% 3 times
70% 4 times etc.
Arnold Dumbell Presses 3 sets of 8
Curls 3 sets of 8
Tricep Extensions 3 sets of 8
Crunches 300
Jog 3 miles as fast as you can
Day 2: Squat Max one time
90% 2 times
same as bench you get the drift
Hang Clean: Same as squat but no more than 5
Calf Raises
Jog 3 miles in best time
Alternate the days takiong sunday off

When you wake up, try to go for a jog outside.
If you can't then at least do about 50-100 push-ups and 50-100 sit-ups/crunches (in the morning)
then go to school.
if you have gym thats good!
and then theres the stairs to run up and down at school all day long (at least for me!)
and then after school come home and have a healthy snack, like a couple celery sticks or something healthy.
or some frozen grapes, or a fruit smoothie.
then do your homework.
okay... then you should either go for a bike ride for 30 min. to an hour or jump rope for 30 min. to an hour or take a jog/run.
(switch off every day)
next get some water.
do some more crunches (about 50)
drink some water.
stretch.
do some weights.
take a break and cool down. watch tv, go on the comp., talk on the phone, read... etc...
then you can do some more push-ups.
you can be done there, or do more that's up to you.
