Why is it okay for a 20 yr old male to date a 15 yr teenage girl?

I have a 11 year old who watches Hannah Montana and I recently learned that she is 15 and dating a 20 year old man. First the pictures and now this. Money can really cloud your parental judgement. Anyway, but I want to know where is to Catch a Predator and Chris Hansen? If this guy was chatting with her on the internet and showed up at her door he would be immediately arrested and hauled off to jail. Is there a double standard going on here?Why is it okay for a 20 yr old male to date a 15 yr teenage girl?

It's not okay is some parents home! She may be smart and mature for her age but, we must use wisdom in this day and time. I agree if they were broke and common folks he would be locked up. However some people think on a different plain and may not see a problem with it. If teens look to her as a role model they will want to follow her lead. That is why we must teach our children that it is only TV not their life, and to be themselves.
She is a celeb for crying out loud, the police would HAVE NOTICED by now, right??Besides, it's miley's life, why are you so bothered? I don't care about ANY celebrity anymore. Well it is only a 5 year difference which lets be honest isn't that bad. Agreed if they are having sex then that shouldn't be allowed, but come on a 20 year old boy is hardly a creepy old man.
if they are having sex than it is statutory rape. but everything i have seen says they are just friends.
If this guy is having ANY form of sex with her, this constitutes Statutory Rape in the United States!
