What is a good workout for a teenage girl?

I am 15 years old, 5' 4/5'' and weigh about 154 pounds (I know, that's a lot) which is about 70 kg. I rarely eat healthily so basically i am a disaster :P I really want to do some vigorous exercise but I have no idea where to start. Also, I have quite a large bust so I don't want to do anything like damaging. :DWhat is a good workout for a teenage girl?
I'm also 15, and this is my work-out plan - which I do 5 times a week. Feel free to switch it up, and look up any of the exercises you aren't familiar with. Also, if you are just starting to exercise this plan may be a bit advanced so feel free to do less reps - just make sure that at the end of each set you can barely finish another rep, to ensure your taking full advantage of the work-out.

Warm up - 5 minutes fat-burning Cardio: Such as jogging, skipping, or step-ups.

Abs:

30 reps reverse crunches

oblique crossover crunches - 10 sets of 4 reps (40 reps altogether)

ball crunches - 2 sets of 40 reps

plank - 2 sets of 1 minute

sit-ups - 2 sets of 25 reps

Arms:

push-ups (or woman push-ups) 3 sets of 15 reps

wall push-ups - 2 sets of 50 reps

dips - 2 sets of 20

Finish the work-out off with another 5 - 30 minutes of intensive cardio. I personally recommend speed skipping.

Take note - this isn't my complete work-out, I took out some exercises because I don't remember what there officially called.

Also, do as many sets back to back as you can, and keep the breaks very short (30 - 80 sec) to keep your heart pumping and to burn off more fat.

By the way, if you want serious results you have to give up the junk food! Make sure that your drinking 6 cups of water a day, (which will help you eat less) and try to eat 5 small meals, instead of 2/3 big ones. Avoid packaged or artificial food such as crackers, cream cheese, and bagels and instead eat many fresh vegetables and fruit. And remember that green beans drenched in butter is not considered very healthy!

Good luck =)What is a good workout for a teenage girl?
hey! i'm 19 and over weight too. but i used to be a lot worse than i am now.

i think you should start by watching what you eat. you really need to pay close attention to how many meals you eat and how often you snack over the day. next time you're hungry just think to yourself ';wait when did i last eat today? am i really hungry or just bored? maybe i can wait til mealtime.'; also, being thirsty is often confused with feeling hungry. next time you feel like snacking... have tall glass of water with couple slices of lemon or a bit of lemon juice. lemon is good for a healthy digestive system.

in addition to watching how often you eat, pay just as close attention to what you're actually eating. eat healthy! its something where you just have to shut up and do it! eat healthy! get a carton of Silk Chocolate Soymilk. have a small glass when you're crazing sweets. stop eating icecream and all that junk food. stop with fast food. and stop with soda. drink water! you wanna drink 64 ounces of water a day! i recently bought a 32 ounce nalgene water bottle, so i always make sure i fill that up atleast twice a day and drink 64 ouces of water a day.

other than food/drink.. make sure you get plenty of sleep. do lots of stretching when you wake up and before you go to bed.

once you adapt a healthier life style, then add a work out plan.
may i suggest, dropping the fast food, soda, sugary fatty foods. eat healthier, drink healthier things. walk a few miles if you have the time! join a sport if you have too. snack healthier, eat fruit like apples oranges, peaches, blueberries. eat nuts like almonds cashews anything with omega 3's. do crunches, start out slow then work up too what your comfortable with! do pilate's or yoga. you'll get the results your looking for. it just takes time!
do a bunch of burpees and jog a bit.

sex is actually a valid response, even though that person was probably just trying to be funny.
