I'm going out with this girl. At first, she told me she was 17 years old, and I was 16 years old at the time. After a few weeks of dating, she told me she was turning 15. Now, she tells me she just turned 14, and I'm about to turn 17. Is this legal? I really don't want to break the law or be considered a ******* sex offender. bro the best advice i can give you.. and don't take this to harshly but please for your own good ditch the *****..... trust me i was in the exact same situation as you are in now, and it became nothing but a mess. she accused me of all kinds of things that weren't true, and im still going ot court to fight for my innocence, and its going on 7 months now still with more fighting to do....

i doubt it legal to date a minor , haven't you seen those cases on tv between teachers and students plus its not safe , she can easily wake up one day and press charges against you saying you raped her , it can end in tragedy so your not a sex offender but people are gonna find it weird.

It depends on where do you live, but since you're still a minor too, it's likely legal. Anyway, you shouldn't date a girl who lies that much.
it's 2 year difference if one is NOT a minor...but in most statutory cases the judge will dismiss the case if there's 3 maybe 4 year difference. If they're both minors there is no limit
